Arayes

Description

Crispy on the outside, packed on the inside. Arayes are flatbreads stuffed generously with seasoned minced meat, then pressed onto the grill until the bread is golden and crackling and the filling is cooked through with all its juices sealed in. Think grilled sandwich — but so much better. A crowd favourite that never lasts long on the table.
