Smoky, creamy, and deeply flavoured. Our Mutabal starts with eggplants roasted directly over fire until the skin blackens and the flesh becomes tender and infused with smoke. Blended with tahini, garlic, and lemon — then topped with a thread of olive oil and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. A dip that tells a whole story in one spoonful.
