Welcome to STLM. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. Please read them carefully before using STLM. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the STLM platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
STLM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Description of Services
STLM is a marketplace platform connecting customers with:
• Food delivery from restaurants and food establishments
• Grocery delivery from supermarkets and stores
• B2B wholesale marketplace services
We act as an intermediary between customers and our partner merchants. STLM does not prepare, manufacture, or store any food or grocery products.
3. User Eligibility
To use STLM services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
Users under 18 may use the platform only with parental or guardian supervision.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying STLM immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate
STLM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Orders and Payments
When placing an order:
• All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account
• Payment methods accepted include KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery
Orders are subject to acceptance by the merchant. STLM reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Order cancellation:
• Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement without charge
• After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the merchant has begun preparation
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing times:
• Card payments: 5-7 business days
• KNET payments: 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Not applicable
STLM may issue credits or refunds at our discretion for service issues.
7. Delivery Terms
Delivery services:
• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed
• Delivery availability depends on your location and partner coverage
• You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address
STLM is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or merchant preparation times.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, merchants, or delivery personnel
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the STLM platform, including but not limited to:
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Software, design, and user interface
• Text, graphics, and images
Is the property of STLM or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• STLM provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• STLM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
• STLM is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products provided by merchants
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STLM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Any content you submit through the platform
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
